Chilli Seasonss Food& Beverages (“CSFB”) is an F&B company whose vision is to give its customers a great food experience across a variety of cuisines and concepts.
CSFB’s first food concept was the eponymously named pan-Asian restaurant that serves a range of cuisines including Thai, Chinese, Indonesian and Vietnamese, among others. This concept focuses on serving authentic, high quality food in an unassuming, pleasant atmosphere at affordable mid-market rates. The first Chilli Seasonss outlet was opened in South Delhi in October 2008 and has received significant critical and commercial success since its launch.
Additionally, CSFB provides high-quality niche catering options for small-to-mid-sized gatherings, including corporate lunches, conferences/trainings/seminars, private parties, etc. Catering services include a wide variety of cuisines to meet customer requirements.
The restaurateurs behind the CSFB setup have extensive experience in the conceptualization and creation of restaurants, restaurant management, and ongoing restaurant consultancy and support, and have been instrumental in creating many well-know and long-standing restaurants in Delhi / NCR including Blanco, Ploof, Red Hot Café, The Kitchen, Ignis, and Bagel’s Café.
